漢字プリントメーカーとは

「漢字プリントメーカー」は、小学1年生から6年生までの学習漢字を、お子さま専用の練習プリントに変えてプリント／PDF出力できるiOSアプリです。学校で習う順、特定のユニット（10字単位）、苦手漢字を中心とした復習など、お子さまの学習進度に合わせた最適な出題が可能です。

利用規約

第1条（適用範囲）

本規約は、iOS アプリ「漢字プリントメーカー」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）の提供条件および本アプリの利用に関する利用者と本アプリ運営者（以下「当方」といいます）との一切の関係に適用されます。利用者は本アプリを利用することにより本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第2条(利用登録)

本アプリの利用にあたり、利用者によるアカウント登録や個人情報の入力は不要です。本アプリのインストールおよび起動をもって、本規約に同意のうえで本アプリを利用するものとします。

第3条(料金および支払い)

本アプリは Free プランと Pro プラン(自動更新サブスクリプション)から構成されます。
Pro プランは、Apple App Store(以下「App Store」といいます)を通じて月額または年額の自動更新サブスクリプションとして提供されます。
料金は購入時に App Store に表示される金額が適用されます。価格、通貨、税の取扱いは App Store の規定に従います。
自動更新は、現在のサブスクリプション期間が終了する24時間以上前までに利用者が解約しない限り、自動的に同一料金で次期間が更新されます。
解約は iPhone または iPad の「設定」→「Apple ID」→「サブスクリプション」から利用者ご自身で行うことができます。

第4条(無料体験)

本アプリは、初回インストール時に1枚の無料プリント体験を提供します。当該体験を利用すると、以降の印刷出力には Pro プランへのご加入が必要となります。体験枠の利用回数は端末ごとに管理されます。

第5条(返金)

購入の取消・返金は App Store の規定に従います。返金請求は Apple に直接お申し出ください。当方は決済情報を保持しないため、返金処理を行いません。

第6条(知的財産権)

本アプリ、本アプリが生成する画面表示・印刷物の体裁・デザイン・ソースコード、本アプリが用いる漢字の例文・選定リスト等の編集著作物は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者は本アプリにより生成されたプリントを、利用者ご本人またはご家族の私的利用、教育機関での教育利用の範囲で印刷・配布できます。

第7条(禁止事項)

利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

本アプリの逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング、改変、複製、頒布
本アプリの自動化された大量利用、不正アクセス、サーバーへの過剰負荷
本アプリの機能を商用サービスとして再販売・再配布する行為
法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
その他、当方が不適切と判断する行為

第8条(免責事項)

本アプリは現状有姿で提供されるものとし、当方は本アプリに関する正確性・完全性・特定目的への適合性について一切の保証をしません。
本アプリは漢字学習を目的とした補助教材であり、特定の試験・資格・成績向上を保証するものではありません。
当方は、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じた利用者または第三者のいかなる直接的・間接的損害についても責任を負いません。

第9条(サービスの変更・中断・終了)

当方は、利用者への事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容変更、提供の一時中断・終了を行うことができます。

第10条(規約の変更)

当方は必要と判断した場合、本規約を変更することができます。変更後の規約は、本アプリ内または当方のウェブサイトに掲示された時点から効力を生じます。

第11条(準拠法・裁判管轄)

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関連して紛争が生じた場合、当方所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

プライバシーポリシー

本プライバシーポリシー(以下「本ポリシー」といいます)は、iOS アプリ「漢字プリントメーカー」(以下「本アプリ」といいます)における利用者の情報の取扱いについて定めるものです。本アプリ運営者(以下「当方」といいます)は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、関連法令を遵守して情報を取り扱います。

1. 取得する情報

1-1. 当方が直接取得しない情報

本アプリは、利用者の氏名・住所・メールアドレス・電話番号・生年月日その他の個人を特定できる情報を、当方のサーバーに送信または保存しません。

1-2. 端末内にのみ保存される情報

以下の情報は利用者の端末内(iOS の UserDefaults など)にのみ保存され、当方には送信されません。

アプリの設定情報(学年・出題モード・印刷設定など)
プリント作成履歴
苦手漢字としてマークした漢字の一覧
学習進度ポインタ
学校名・クラス名(利用者が入力した場合)

利用者がアプリを削除した場合、これらの情報は端末から削除されます。

1-3. サブスクリプション・購入情報

Pro プランの購入は Apple App Store を通じて行われ、決済情報は Apple のシステム内で処理されます。当方はクレジットカード番号や決済手段の詳細を取得することはありません。本アプリは Apple StoreKit より購入状態(Pro かどうか)のみを取得します。

1-4. 広告に関連する情報(無料版のみ)

無料版では、画面下部に Google AdMob の広告を表示します。AdMob は広告配信のため、以下の情報を取得・利用することがあります。

広告識別子(IDFA)
端末モデル・OS バージョン・言語設定
端末の概略位置(IP アドレスベース)
広告との接触履歴

利用者は iOS の App Tracking Transparency 機能により、IDFA の利用を許可または拒否することができます。許可しない場合、配信される広告がパーソナライズされにくくなりますが、引き続き本アプリは利用できます。

2. 情報の利用目的

当方は取得した情報を以下の目的で利用します。

本アプリの提供および機能改善
利用者の端末上での学習体験のパーソナライズ
不具合解析および本アプリの品質向上
広告配信(無料版のみ、AdMob を通じて)

3. 第三者提供および外部サービス

3-1. Google AdMob(広告配信)

無料版では Google LLC が提供する AdMob を広告配信に利用しています。AdMob の取扱いの詳細については、Google のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

3-2. Apple App Store / StoreKit

サブスクリプションの購入処理および状態管理は Apple Inc. の StoreKit を通じて行われます。詳細は Apple プライバシー方針をご確認ください。

当方が取得した情報を上記以外の第三者に提供することはありません。

4. お子さまのプライバシー

本アプリは小学生のお子さまの学習を支援するために設計されていますが、本アプリ自体はお子さまから直接個人情報を取得しません。本アプリのご利用にあたっては、保護者の方の管理のもとでお使いいただくことを推奨します。

5. データの保持期間

端末内に保存された情報は、利用者がアプリを削除するか、アプリ内のリセット機能を実行するまで保持されます。当方はサーバー側で利用者を識別する情報を保持しません。

6. 利用者の権利

利用者は次の操作をいつでも実行できます。

本アプリのアンインストールによる端末内データの削除
iOS の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」より広告識別子の許可状態の変更
iOS の「設定」→「Apple ID」→「サブスクリプション」よりサブスクリプションの確認・解約

7. 国際的な情報移転

広告配信に関連する情報は、Google が運営するサーバー(日本国外を含む可能性があります)で処理される場合があります。

8. プライバシーポリシーの変更

当方は必要と判断した場合、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後のポリシーは本アプリ内または当方のウェブサイトに掲示された時点から効力を生じます。重要な変更がある場合には、本アプリ内で告知します。

Kanji Worksheet Maker is an iOS app that turns the kanji curriculum for Japanese elementary grades 1 through 6 into custom practice worksheets, ready to print or share as PDFs. Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the iOS application “Kanji Worksheet Maker” (the “App”) and apply to all relationships between users (“you”, “User”) and the App’s operator (“we”, “us”, “our”). By installing or launching the App you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. No Account Required

No registration, account or submission of personal information is required to use the App. Use of the App constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

3. Fees and Payment

The App offers a Free tier and a Pro tier (auto-renewing subscription).
The Pro tier is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription via the Apple App Store (“App Store”).
Fees are charged at the rate shown in the App Store at the time of purchase. Currency, taxes and other handling are governed by the App Store’s rules.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price for an equivalent period unless cancelled by the User at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
You can manage and cancel your subscription anytime via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.

4. Free Trial

On first install, the App provides a one-time, full-quality free trial print. Once the trial print has been used, continued printing requires a Pro subscription. The trial entitlement is tracked per device.

5. Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled by the App Store in accordance with Apple’s policies. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple. We do not retain payment information and do not process refunds.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App, including the layout and design of the on-screen displays and printed worksheets, the source code, and the curated example sentences and word lists, belong to us or our licensors. You may print and distribute generated worksheets for personal use by you or your family, or for educational use within an educational institution.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

decompile, reverse engineer, modify, reproduce or distribute the App;
use the App in an automated or excessive manner, attempt unauthorized access, or place undue load on any server;
resell or redistribute the App’s functions as a commercial service;
engage in any conduct that violates applicable law or public order and morals;
engage in any other conduct we deem inappropriate.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is”. We make no warranty of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose of the App.
The App is a supplementary learning aid for kanji study and does not guarantee performance on any specific test, qualification or academic improvement.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Service Changes and Termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice to Users.

10. Amendments

We may amend these Terms when we deem it necessary. Amended Terms become effective when posted within the App or on our website.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of our office.

This Privacy Policy explains how user information is handled in the iOS application “Kanji Worksheet Maker” (the “App”). The App’s operator (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and handles information in accordance with applicable law.

1. Information We Collect

1.1. Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not transmit or store on our servers any personally identifying information such as your name, address, email address, phone number or date of birth.

1.2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The following information is stored only on your device (e.g. via iOS UserDefaults) and is not sent to us:

App settings (grade, ordering mode, print settings, etc.)
History of generated worksheets
Kanji you have marked as weak / starred
Learning progress pointer
School and class name, if entered

If you uninstall the App, this information is removed from your device.

1.3. Subscription and Purchase Information

Pro purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and payment information is handled within Apple’s systems. We do not receive credit-card numbers or payment-method details. The App receives only the subscription status (whether you are a Pro user) via Apple StoreKit.

1.4. Advertising-Related Information (Free Version Only)

The free version displays banner ads at the bottom of the screen via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use the following information for ad delivery:

Advertising Identifier (IDFA)
Device model, OS version and language settings
Approximate location of the device (based on IP address)
Ad interaction history

You can allow or deny use of the IDFA via iOS App Tracking Transparency. If you decline, ads may be less personalized, but you can still use the App.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information for the following purposes:

To provide and improve the App
To personalize your learning experience on your device
To diagnose and resolve issues, and to improve quality
To deliver ads (in the free version only, via AdMob)

3. Third-Party Services

3.1. Google AdMob (Advertising)

The free version of the App uses AdMob, provided by Google LLC, for ad delivery. For details on AdMob’s data handling, please refer to:

3.2. Apple App Store / StoreKit

Purchases and subscription management are handled via Apple Inc.’s StoreKit. For details, please refer to the Apple Privacy Policy.

We do not provide information we collect to any third party other than as described above.

4. Children’s Privacy

The App is designed to support elementary-school children’s learning, but the App itself does not collect personal information directly from children. We recommend that the App be used under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

5. Data Retention

Information stored locally on your device is retained until you delete the App or use the in-app reset functions. We do not retain any user-identifiable information on our servers.

6. Your Rights

You can take the following actions at any time:

Delete on-device data by uninstalling the App
Change advertising identifier permissions via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
View and cancel subscriptions via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

7. International Data Transfers

Information related to advertising may be processed on Google-operated servers, which may be located outside Japan.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when necessary. Updated versions become effective when posted within the App or on our website. Material changes will be announced within the App.
