「Y2Kut」利用規約・プライバシーポリシー

本ページには、iOSアプリ「Y2Kut」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーを掲載しています。

利用規約

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、【LineOcean】（以下「当方」）が提供する本アプリの利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第1条（適用）

本規約は、本アプリの利用に関して、利用者と当方との間のすべての関係に適用されます。

第2条（本アプリの内容）

本アプリは、利用者が選択または撮影した写真を、端末内でレトロ／Y2K風のフォトブース・ストリップ（4カット等）に合成し、書き出し・共有できる写真加工ツールです。
フィルタ・フレーム・日付スタンプ等の効果は表示上の演出であり、仕上がりは入力画像により異なります。
本アプリに表示される日付スタンプ等の表記は装飾であり、実際の撮影日時・機種等を保証するものではありません。

第3条（あなたのコンテンツ）

取り込んだ写真および作成したストリップに関する権利は、すべて利用者に帰属します。
写真の処理は端末内で行われ、当方のサーバーへ送信・保存されることはありません（プライバシーポリシー参照）。
利用者は、使用する写真に関する権利を有していること、および作品の共有方法について自ら責任を負うものとします。

第4条（禁止事項）

利用者は、違法・権利侵害・有害なコンテンツの作成／共有、本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、再販売、その他の不正利用を行ってはなりません。

第5条（課金）

本アプリはダウンロード無料で、任意のアプリ内課金があります。
買い切りの「アンロック」は非消費型の購入で、広告を除去し全機能（全フィルタ・全フレーム）を解放します。サブスクリプションはありません。
購入は Apple が処理し、Apple の返金ポリシーに従います。機種変更・再インストール後は「購入を復元」でアンロックを引き継げます。

第6条（広告）

無料版は Google AdMob の広告（書き出し後のインタースティシャル等）を表示します。アンロックの購入で全広告が除去されます。

第7条（免責）

本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、当方はいかなる保証も行いません。
法令上許容される最大限の範囲で、当方は本アプリの利用に起因する間接的・付随的損害について責任を負いません。

第8条（変更）

当方は本アプリおよび本規約を予告なく更新することがあります。変更後の継続利用は、変更への同意とみなされます。

第9条（準拠法）

本規約は日本法に準拠します。

プライバシーポリシー

本アプリが取り扱うデータについて説明します。

写真は端末内に留まります

取り込みまたは撮影した写真は、ストリップ生成のためにすべて端末内で処理されます。当方のサーバーへのアップロード・保存・送信は行いません。本アプリはアカウント登録・ログイン不要です。

収集するデータ（第三者経由）

利用状況・解析 — Google Firebase Analytics 経由。アプリ内イベント（使用したレイアウト／フィルタ、書き出し、購入など）、端末機種、OSバージョン、集計された粗い利用データ。アプリ改善のために使用します。
広告 — Google AdMob 経由（無料版のインタースティシャル／リワード広告）。AdMob は広告識別子（IDFA）を使用する場合があります。iOS では事前に App Tracking Transparency（ATT） で許可を求めます。許可しない場合は非パーソナライズ広告を表示します。EEA／英国では 同意選択（UMP） を表示します。買い切りアンロックの購入で全広告が消えます。
購入 — Apple App Store が処理します。当方はアンロックの権利確認を Apple から受け取るのみで、支払い情報は取得しません。

個人データの販売

当方は個人データの販売を行いません。データは解析・広告運用のため、上記の提供者（Google）とのみ共有されます。

お子様について

本アプリは13歳未満を対象としていません。児童から意図的に個人データを収集しません。

あなたの選択

トラッキングの拒否（ATT）、同意の調整（EEA／英国のUMP）、アンロック購入による広告除去が可能です。広告識別子は iOS の設定でリセットできます。

保持期間

解析／広告データは Google のポリシーに従い保持されます。端末内データ（作成したストリップ）は、削除またはアプリのアンインストールで消去されます。

Terms of Use (English)

1. Acceptance. By downloading or using Y2Kut (“the App”), provided by LINEOCEAN (“we”), you agree to these Terms.

2. License. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own, subject to the App Store Terms.

3. Your content. You retain all rights to the photos you import and the strips you create. Processing happens on your device. You are responsible for having the rights to any photo you use, and for how you share your creations.

4. Acceptable use. Do not use the App to create or share unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, and do not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App.

5. Purchases. The App is free to download with optional in-app purchases. The one-time “unlock” is a non-consumable purchase that removes ads and unlocks premium content; there is no subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple’s refund policies. Use “Restore Purchases” to restore an unlock on a new device.

6. Ads. The free version shows ads (Google AdMob). Purchasing the unlock removes them.

7. Disclaimer. The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Retro/film effects are stylistic and results vary by input. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages.

8. Changes. We may update the App and these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Privacy Policy (English)

Your photos stay on your device. Photos you import or capture are processed entirely on your device to create your strips. We do not upload, store, or transmit your photos to our servers. The App requires no account and no login.

Data we collect (via third parties):

Usage & analytics via Google Firebase Analytics: app events, device model, OS version, and coarse, aggregated usage, used to improve the App.
Advertising via Google AdMob (interstitial and rewarded ads in the free version). We ask permission via App Tracking Transparency (ATT); in the EEA/UK we present a consent choice (UMP). Purchasing the unlock removes all ads.
Purchases are handled by Apple; we receive entitlement confirmations only and do not see your payment details.
