1. Acceptance. By using Cadence (“the App”), provided by LINEOCEAN (“we”), you agree to these Terms.

2. License. Personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own, subject to the App Store Terms.

3. Not medical advice — consult a professional. Cadence is a fitness and wellness tool, not a medical device or medical advice. Walking programs, interval methods and challenges are provided for general fitness and are not guaranteed to produce any specific result. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are over 65. Stop and seek medical help if you feel unwell. You exercise at your own risk.

4. Your content. You retain rights to your records and any progress photos, which are stored on your device (see Privacy Policy). You are responsible for what you record.

5. Purchases. Free to download with optional in-app purchases. The one-time “unlock” is a non-consumable purchase that removes ads and unlocks all challenges; there is no subscription. Processed by Apple, subject to Apple’s refund policies. Use “Restore Purchases” on a new device.

6. Ads. The free version shows ads (Google AdMob); purchasing the unlock removes them.

7. Third-party trademarks. Challenge names (e.g., interval-walking and multi-day fitness challenges) refer to publicly known methods and are the property of their respective owners; Cadence is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

8. Disclaimer & liability. Provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, health outcome, or indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the App.

9. Changes / Law. We may update the App and these Terms; continued use means acceptance. Governed by the laws of Japan.

1. 同意。 LINEOCEAN（当方）提供のCadence（本アプリ）の利用をもって本規約に同意したものとみなします。

2. ライセンス。 App Store規約に従い、所有端末で利用する個人的・非独占的・譲渡不可のライセンスを付与します。

3. 医療アドバイスではない — 専門家に相談を。 Cadenceはフィットネス/ウェルネスのツールであり、医療機器でも医療アドバイスでもありません。ウォーキングやインターバル手法・チャレンジは一般的な運動目的で提供され、特定の効果を保証しません。運動プログラムを始める前に医師に相談してください（特に持病がある方・妊娠中・65歳以上）。体調が悪い場合は中止し医療機関へ。運動は自己責任で行ってください。

4. あなたのコンテンツ。 記録・進捗写真の権利はあなたに帰属し、端末内に保存されます（プライバシーポリシー参照）。記録内容の責任はあなたthat負います。

5. 課金。 ダウンロード無料、任意のアプリ内課金あり。買い切りの「アンロック」は非消費型で、広告除去＋全チャレンジ解放。サブスクリプションはありません。 Appleが処理しAppleの返金ポリシーに従います。新端末では「購入を復元」。

6. 広告。 無料版はGoogle AdMob広告を表示。アンロック購入で除去。

7. 第三者の商標。 チャレンジ名（インターバル速歩や複数日のフィットネスチャレンジ等）は公知の手法を指し、各権利者に帰属します。Cadenceはそれらと提携・推奨関係にありません。

8. 免責・責任。 「現状のまま」提供、保証なし。法令上許容される最大限の範囲で、本アプリの利用に起因する傷害・健康上の結果・間接的/付随的損害について当方は責任を負いません。

9. 変更・準拠法。 本アプリ・本規約を更新することがあり、継続利用は同意を意味します。日本法に準拠します。

On-device by design. Cadence tracks walking sessions and fitness challenges. Your challenge records, streaks and any progress photos are stored only on your device. The App is fully offline, needs no account or login, and we do not host or collect your records.

Motion & step data. With your permission (Motion & Fitness), Cadence reads step count and walking distance from your device’s motion coprocessor (CoreMotion) to show today’s activity, the weekly recap and your “Around Japan” distance. This data stays on your device, is never used for advertising, and is never sent to our servers or third parties.

Health data (if you enable it). If you allow HealthKit, Cadence may write walking workouts to (and optionally read step data from) Apple Health. HealthKit data stays on your device / in Apple Health, is never used for advertising, and is never sent to our servers or third parties.

Data collected (via third parties):

  • Usage & analytics — Google Firebase Analytics: app events (challenges started, sessions completed, purchases), device model, OS version, aggregated usage. To improve the App. (Health/HealthKit data is excluded.)
  • Advertising — Google AdMob (interstitial & rewarded ads in the free version): may use an advertising identifier (IDFA). We ask permission via App Tracking Transparency (ATT) first; declining shows non-personalized ads. In the EEA/UK we present a consent choice (UMP). The one-time unlock removes all ads.
  • Purchases — handled by Apple; we receive entitlement confirmation only.

We do not sell your personal data. Shared only with Google (analytics/ads) as above. Children: not directed to children under 13. Your choices: decline ATT, adjust consent, buy the unlock to remove ads, revoke HealthKit access in Settings. Retention: analytics/ads per Google’s policies; your records/photos are removed when you delete them or uninstall.

設計上、端末内で完結。 Cadenceはウォーキングのセッションとチャレンジを記録します。チャレンジ記録・ストリーク・進捗写真は端末内にのみ保存されます。本アプリは完全オフライン、アカウント登録・ログイン不要で、当方that記録を預かる/収集することはありません。

モーション・歩数データ。 許可（モーションとフィットネス）があれば、Cadenceは端末のモーションコプロセッサ（CoreMotion）から歩数・歩行距離を読み取り、今日の記録・週次のふりかえり・「日本一周」の距離に反映します。このデータは端末内に留まり、広告に一切使わず、当方サーバーや第三者に送信しません。

ヘルスデータ（有効にした場合）。 HealthKitを許可すると、Cadenceは歩行ワークアウトをApple Healthに書き込む（任意で歩数を読み取る）ことがあります。HealthKitデータは端末内(Apple Health)に留まり、広告に一切使わず、当方サーバーや第三者に送信しません。

収集データ（第三者経由）:

  • 利用状況・解析 — Google Firebase Analytics：アプリ内イベント（チャレンジ開始/セッション完了/購入）、端末機種、OSバージョン、集計利用データ。アプリ改善のため。（ヘルス/HealthKitデータは除外）
  • 広告 — Google AdMob（無料版のインタース/リワード）：広告識別子（IDFA）を使う場合あり。事前にATTで許可を求め、拒否時は非パーソナライズ広告。EEA/英国では同意選択（UMP）。買い切りアンロックで全広告除去。
  • 購入 — Appleが処理。当方は権利確認のみ受領。

個人データの販売なし。 上記Googleとのみ共有。児童: 13歳未満対象外。選択肢: ATT拒否・同意調整・アンロック購入で広告除去・設定でHealthKit権限を取消。保持: 解析/広告はGoogleポリシーに従う。記録/写真は削除/アンインストールで消去。
