利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、LINEOCEAN（以下「当方」）が提供するiOS向けアプリ「侍と妖怪の爽快サバイバー 百鬼一掃」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者（以下「ユーザー」）は、本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第1条（適用）

本規約は、本アプリの利用に関する当方とユーザーとの間の一切の関係に適用されます。当方が本アプリ内またはウェブサイト上で別途定める注意事項等は、本規約の一部を構成します。

第2条（利用料金と課金）

  1. 本アプリは基本無料で提供され、一部にアプリ内課金（広告非表示パック、一部キャラクターの解放など、買い切り型のもの）を含みます。
  2. 課金の決済、価格表示、返金等は、Apple Inc.が運営するApp Storeの規約および手続きに従います。返金の可否はAppleの判断によります。当方は決済情報（クレジットカード番号等）を取得・保持しません。
  3. 購入済みの内容は、同じApple Accountであれば、本アプリの「購入を復元」から復元できます。
  4. 本アプリ内で獲得・購入したゲーム内通貨・アイテム等は本アプリ内でのみ利用でき、現金その他の経済的価値との交換、払い戻し、譲渡はできません。

第3条（広告の表示）

本アプリは、Google LLCが提供する広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」による広告を表示することがあります。広告の配信に関する情報の取り扱いは、下記「プライバシーポリシー」および配信事業者のポリシーをご確認ください。広告非表示パックを購入すると、対象の広告は表示されなくなります。

第4条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

  1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
  2. 本アプリの改変、リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイルその他の解析行為
  3. 不正な手段によりゲーム内データ（通貨・進行状況・購入状態等）を改ざん・複製する行為
  4. 当方または第三者の知的財産権その他の権利・利益を侵害する行為
  5. その他、当方が不適切と合理的に判断する行為

第5条（知的財産権）

本アプリに関するプログラム、画像、音楽、テキスト、キャラクターその他一切のコンテンツの著作権その他の知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。ユーザーは、当方の事前の許諾なく、これらを複製、転載、配布、公衆送信、翻案等してはなりません。

第6条（データの保存）

本アプリのセーブデータ（進行状況、ゲーム内通貨、設定等）は、ユーザーの端末内に保存されます。アプリの削除、端末の初期化・故障・機種変更等によりデータが失われる場合があり、当方はデータの消失について責任を負いません（購入済みの内容は「購入を復元」で復元できます）。

第7条（本アプリの変更・中断・終了）

当方は、ユーザーへの事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容の変更、提供の中断・終了を行うことがあります。

第8条（免責事項）

  1. 当方は、本アプリの完全性、正確性、有用性、特定目的への適合性、不具合がないことを保証しません。
  2. 当方は、本アプリの利用または利用不能によりユーザーに生じた損害について、当方に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。

第9条（本規約の変更）

当方は、必要と判断した場合、本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の本規約は、本ページに掲示した時点から効力を生じます。

第10条（準拠法・裁判管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、当方の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

プライバシーポリシー

LINEOCEAN（以下「当方」）は、iOS向けアプリ「侍と妖怪の爽快サバイバー 百鬼一掃」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者（以下「ユーザー」）の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 基本方針

本アプリは、ユーザー登録やアカウント作成を必要としないゲームです。当方が本アプリを通じて、氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレス等の個人を直接特定する情報を取得することはありません。

2. 端末内に保存する情報

以下の情報はユーザーの端末内にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーへは送信されません。

  • ゲームの進行状況・記録（クリア状況、最高記録、解放したキャラクター等）
  • ゲーム内通貨・アイテムの保有状況
  • サウンド等の設定
  • アプリ内課金の購入状態

3. 第三者サービスによる情報の収集

本アプリは、広告配信、利用状況の分析、お知らせ通知の配信のために、以下の第三者サービスを利用します。これらのサービスは、各事業者のプライバシーポリシーに基づき、端末情報や利用状況等を収集する場合があります。

(1) 広告配信：Google AdMob（Google LLC）
広告の配信・効果測定のため、端末の種類、OSのバージョン、おおよその地域、広告の表示・操作の状況等が利用される場合があります。

(2) 利用状況の分析：Googleアナリティクス for Firebase（Google LLC）
機能改善のため、アプリの起動、プレイの結果（生存時間・レベル等）、画面の表示、端末の種類・OSバージョン・おおよその地域等の情報を、個人を特定しない識別子とともに収集する場合があります。

(3) お知らせ通知：Firebase Cloud Messaging（Google LLC）
新しいキャラクターやステージの追加などをお知らせするため、ユーザーが通知を許可した場合に限り、通知の配信に必要な端末のトークン（個人を特定しない識別子）および表示言語を利用します。通知はいつでもiOSの「設定」アプリからオフにできます。

3-2. 写真への保存

戦績カードの画像を保存する操作をユーザーが行った場合に限り、写真ライブラリへ画像を追加します。写真ライブラリの内容を読み取ったり、外部へ送信したりすることはありません。

4. トラッキングについて

本アプリは、広告識別子（IDFA）を用いて他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいでユーザーを追跡すること（トラッキング）を行いません。そのため、iOSの「トラッキングの許可」の確認は表示しません。

5. アプリ内課金

アプリ内課金の決済はApple Inc.のApp Storeを通じて行われます。決済情報はAppleにより処理され、当方が取得・保持することはありません。

6. 情報の利用目的

  • 広告の配信および効果測定
  • 本アプリの利用状況の分析、品質・使いやすさの向上
  • 不具合の把握と改善
  • 新しいキャラクター・ステージ等のお知らせ（通知を許可した場合のみ）

7. 第三者提供

当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、上記の第三者サービス以外に情報を提供することはありません。

8. 児童のプライバシー

当方は、保護者の同意なく児童の個人情報を故意に収集することはありません。

9. データの削除

本アプリを端末から削除すると、端末内のゲームデータは削除されます。第三者サービスが収集した情報の取り扱いは、各事業者のポリシーをご確認ください。

10. 本ポリシーの変更

当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の本ポリシーは、本ページに掲示した時点から効力を生じます。

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the iOS app “Hyakki Issou” (the “App”) provided by LINEOCEAN (“we”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Purchases. The App is free to play and offers one-time in-app purchases (such as an ad-free pack and unlocking certain characters). Payments, prices and refunds are handled by Apple’s App Store under Apple’s terms; refunds are at Apple’s discretion. We never receive your payment details. Purchases can be restored with “Restore Purchases” using the same Apple Account. In-game currency and items can be used only within the App and cannot be exchanged for money, refunded or transferred.
  2. Ads. The App may show ads provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC). Purchasing the ad-free pack removes the applicable ads.
  3. Prohibited conduct. Illegal acts; modifying, reverse engineering or decompiling the App; tampering with or duplicating game data by improper means; infringing our or others’ rights; and any other conduct we reasonably consider inappropriate.
  4. Intellectual property. All rights in the App and its content (programs, images, music, text, characters, etc.) belong to us or their rightful owners.
  5. Data. Save data is stored only on your device and may be lost if the App is deleted or the device is reset, broken or replaced. We are not responsible for such loss (purchases can be restored).
  6. Changes and disclaimer. We may change, suspend or end the App without notice. The App is provided “as is”, and except in cases of our intent or gross negligence we are not liable for damages arising from its use or inability to use it.
  7. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms; changes take effect when posted on this page.
  8. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the court having jurisdiction over our location shall be the exclusive court of first instance.

Privacy Policy

  1. No personal information. The App requires no registration or account. We do not collect your name, address, phone number, email address or other information that directly identifies you.
  2. Data stored on your device. Game progress and records, in-game currency and items, settings and purchase status are stored only on your device and are not sent to our servers.
  3. Third-party services. The App uses Google AdMob for ads, Google Analytics for Firebase for usage analytics, and Firebase Cloud Messaging for optional notifications. These services may collect device type, OS version, approximate region, and ad or app usage (such as play results) under their own privacy policies: Google Privacy Policy, How Google uses information from ads, Firebase privacy.
  4. Notifications. Only if you allow notifications, a device token (an identifier that does not identify you personally) and your display language are used to deliver announcements such as new characters and stages. You can turn notifications off at any time in the iOS Settings app.
  5. Saving to Photos. Only when you choose to save a result card, the App adds that image to your photo library. It never reads your photo library or sends its contents anywhere.
  6. No tracking. The App does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) to track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and therefore does not show the iOS tracking permission prompt.
  7. Purchases. Payments are processed by Apple; we never receive your payment details.
  8. Purpose of use. Delivering and measuring ads, analyzing usage to improve quality, finding and fixing bugs, and sending announcements (only if you allow notifications). We do not provide information to other third parties except as required by law.
  9. Children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent.
  10. Deletion. Deleting the App removes the game data stored on your device.
  11. Changes. We may update this policy; changes take effect when posted on this page.
