課金および自動更新

  • 料金はアプリ内に表示される価格に基づき請求されます
  • サブスクリプションは 解約しない限り自動更新 されます
  • 更新の24時間前以内に Apple ID へ請求されます
  • 解約は Apple ID のサブスクリプション管理画面から可能です
  • アプリ内から直接解約することはできません

無料トライアル

  • 無料トライアルが提供される場合があります
  • 無料期間が残っていても、解約時点で失効します

免責事項

  • 本アプリは教育支援ツールであり、学習成果を保証するものではありません
  • 生成される問題および答えの完全な正確性を保証するものではありません
  • 印刷結果の不具合やデータ損失が生じた場合も責任を負いません
  • 端末・OSの不具合や通信障害に起因する損害について責任を負いません

第1条（適用）

本規約は、本アプリ「図形プリントメーカー」の利用に関する一切に適用されます。

第2条（同意）

利用者は、本アプリをインストールまたは利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第3条（禁止事項）

利用者は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

  • 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
  • アプリの解析・改変・リバースエンジニアリング
  • 当社または第三者の権利・利益を侵害する行為
  • 不正な方法により有料機能を利用する行為

第4条（提供条件）

本アプリは現状有姿にて提供されます。

当社は内容・機能を予告なく変更・停止・終了できるものとします。

第5条（サブスクリプション）

定期購入および課金条件は、「サブスクリプションについて」の内容に従うものとします。

第6条（責任の制限）

当社は、次の事項について一切の責任を負いません。

  • 本アプリの利用または利用不能により生じた損害
  • データの消失、故障、印刷エラー等による損害

(1) 利用者が入力する情報

  • 生成した図形プリントの設定内容
  • ヘッダー入力（学校名・クラス名・氏名欄等）
  • 履歴データ（プリント生成履歴）

(2) 自動的に取得される情報

  • 端末種別・OSバージョン等の技術情報
  • アプリの利用状況ログ（クラッシュ情報含む）
  • 広告識別子等の匿名情報（無料版のみ）

2. 情報の利用目的

  • 本アプリの提供・運営のため
  • 不具合調査および品質向上のため
  • 新機能等の案内のため
  • 無料版における広告表示のため

3. 第三者提供

次の場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。

  • 利用者の同意がある場合
  • 法令に基づく場合
  • 統計情報など匿名化した形で提供する場合

4. データ削除

アプリ内の設定画面から作成履歴を削除できます。

端末から本アプリを削除した場合、保存データも削除されます。

5. セキュリティ

合理的な安全対策を講じますが、完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。

6. 改訂

本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。

Payment and Auto-Renewal

  • Cancellation cannot be processed from inside the App

Free Trial

  • If offered, unused trial periods are forfeited upon cancellation

We do not share personal data except:

  • with user consent

  • as anonymized statistical data

Data Deletion

Data can be deleted from the in-app settings screen.

Removing the App from the device also deletes locally stored data.
