図形プリントメーカー 利用規約

第1条（適用範囲）
本規約は、iOS アプリ「図形プリントメーカー」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）の提供条件および本アプリの利用に関する利用者と本アプリ運営者（以下「当方」といいます）との一切の関係に適用されます。利用者は本アプリを利用することにより本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第2条（利用登録）
本アプリの利用にあたり、利用者によるアカウント登録や個人情報の入力は不要です。本アプリのインストールおよび起動をもって、本規約に同意のうえで本アプリを利用するものとします。

第3条（料金および支払い）

  1. 本アプリは Free プランと Pro プランから構成されます。
  2. Pro プランは、Apple App Store（以下「App Store」といいます）を通じた一度限りの買い切り購入（非消耗型のアプリ内課金）として提供されます。月額・年額の自動更新サブスクリプションとしての新規販売は行いません。
  3. 料金は購入時に App Store に表示される金額が適用されます。価格、通貨、税の取扱いは App Store の規定に従います。
  4. 買い切り購入のため、自動更新はありません。一度ご購入いただくと、同一の Apple ID において継続してご利用いただけます。機種変更や再インストール後は、アプリ内の「購入を復元」から復元できます。
  5. 経過措置：本改訂日（2026年7月11日）より前に月額または年額の自動更新サブスクリプションにご加入済みの利用者については、当該サブスクリプションは従前の条件で継続し、Apple の規定に基づき自動的に更新されます。解約は iPhone または iPad の「設定」→「Apple ID」→「サブスクリプション」から利用者ご自身で行うことができます。

第4条（無料体験）
本アプリは、初回インストール時に3枚の無料プリント体験を提供します。当該体験（3枚）を使い切ると、以降の印刷出力には Pro プラン（買い切り）のご購入が必要となります。体験枠の利用回数は端末ごとに管理されます。

第5条（返金）
購入の取消・返金は App Store の規定に従います。返金請求は Apple に直接お申し出ください。当方は決済情報を保持しないため、返金処理を行いません。

第6条（知的財産権）
本アプリ、本アプリが生成する画面表示・印刷物の体裁・デザイン・ソースコード、本アプリが用いる図形問題の出題内容・生成ロジック等の編集著作物は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者は本アプリにより生成されたプリントを、利用者ご本人またはご家族の私的利用、教育機関での教育利用の範囲で印刷・配布できます。

第7条（禁止事項）
利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

  1. 本アプリの逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング、改変、複製、頒布
  2. 本アプリの自動化された大量利用、不正アクセス、サーバーへの過剰負荷
  3. 本アプリの機能を商用サービスとして再販売・再配布する行為
  4. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
  5. その他、当方が不適切と判断する行為

第8条（免責事項）

  1. 本アプリは現状有姿で提供されるものとし、当方は本アプリに関する正確性・完全性・特定目的への適合性について一切の保証をしません。
  2. 本アプリは図形学習を目的とした補助教材であり、特定の試験・資格・成績向上を保証するものではありません。
  3. 当方は、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じた利用者または第三者のいかなる直接的・間接的損害についても責任を負いません。

第9条（サービスの変更・中断・終了）
当方は、利用者への事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容変更、提供の一時中断・終了を行うことができます。

第10条（規約の変更）
当方は必要と判断した場合、本規約を変更することができます。変更後の規約は、本アプリ内または当方のウェブサイトに掲示された時点から効力を生じます。

第11条（準拠法・裁判管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関連して紛争が生じた場合、当方所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

Shapes Worksheet Maker (図形プリントメーカー) — Terms of Service

Article 1 (Scope)
These Terms apply to the iOS application “Shapes Worksheet Maker” (図形プリントメーカー) (the “App”) and to all relations between the user and the App’s operator (the “Provider”) regarding use of the App. By using the App, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Registration)
No account registration or entry of personal information is required to use the App. By installing and launching the App, the user agrees to these Terms and uses the App accordingly.

Article 3 (Fees and Payment)

  1. The App consists of a Free plan and a Pro plan.
  2. The Pro plan is offered as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase through the Apple App Store (the “App Store”). It is no longer newly sold as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription.
  3. The price is the amount shown in the App Store at the time of purchase. Price, currency, and tax treatment follow App Store rules.
  4. Because it is a one-time purchase, there is no auto-renewal. Once purchased, it remains available under the same Apple ID; after changing devices or reinstalling, it can be restored via “Restore Purchases” in the App.
  5. Transitional measure: Users who subscribed to an auto-renewing monthly or annual plan before the revision date (July 11, 2026) will have that subscription continue under the prior terms, renewing automatically in accordance with Apple’s rules. Such a subscription may be cancelled by the user via “Settings” -> “Apple ID” -> “Subscriptions” on iPhone or iPad.

Article 4 (Free Trial)
The App provides a free trial of three (3) prints upon first install. Once the trial (3 prints) is used up, purchase of the Pro plan (one-time) is required for further printing. The trial count is managed per device.

Article 5 (Refunds)
Purchase cancellations and refunds follow App Store rules. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple. The Provider does not retain payment information and does not process refunds.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property)
The App, the screen displays and print layouts/designs it generates, its source code, and compiled works such as the geometry problem content and generation logic used by the App belong to the Provider or the rightful rights holders. Users may print and distribute the prints generated by the App within the scope of personal use by the user or their family, or educational use at educational institutions.

Article 7 (Prohibited Acts)
In using the App, the user must not:

  1. Decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, reproduce, or distribute the App;
  2. Engage in automated bulk use, unauthorized access, or excessive load on servers;
  3. Resell or redistribute the App’s functions as a commercial service;
  4. Violate laws or public order and morals;
  5. Engage in any other act the Provider deems inappropriate.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

  1. The App is provided “as is,” and the Provider makes no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  2. The App is a supplementary learning aid for learning geometry and shapes, and does not guarantee any particular exam result, qualification, or improvement in grades.
  3. The Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages to the user or third parties arising from use of or inability to use the App.

Article 9 (Changes, Suspension, and Termination of the Service)
The Provider may change the content of the App, or suspend or terminate its provision, without prior notice to users.

Article 10 (Changes to these Terms)
The Provider may change these Terms when it deems necessary. The revised Terms take effect when posted within the App or on the Provider’s website.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute relating to the App, the court having jurisdiction over the Provider’s location shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of first instance.
