TSLoggerとは
TSLoggerは、Tesla車のオーナー向けに設計された走行日記アプリです。Teslaで運転した走行を自動で記録し、通過地点・写真・メモと一緒に思い出として残すことを目的としています。電費管理やバッテリー分析ではなく、「いつ・どこを・どう走ったか」という行程の記録に特化しています。

第1条（適用）
本規約は、TSLogger（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
第2条（Tesla APIの利用について）
本アプリはTesla Fleet API（Tesla, Inc.が提供する公式API）を使用して、お客様のTesla車両から走行データを取得します。これはお客様ご自身のTeslaアカウントを通じたOAuth認証によるものです。本アプリはTesla, Inc.の公式製品・関連製品ではなく、Tesla, Inc.との提携・スポンサーシップ関係もありません。Tesla Fleet APIの仕様変更・廃止により本アプリの一部機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。
第3条（サブスクリプション）
Proプランの購入はApple App Store経由で行われ、Appleの利用規約が適用されます。
- 月額プランおよび年額プランをご用意しています。料金はApp Storeでご確認ください
- 価格はお住まいの地域・通貨によって異なる場合があります
- サブスクリプションは各期間終了の24時間前までに解約しない限り自動更新されます
- 更新料金は更新日の24時間前にApple IDアカウントに請求されます
- 解約・管理はAppleのサブスクリプション設定画面から行えます
第4条（禁止事項）
- 本アプリを逆コンパイル・リバースエンジニアリングすること
- 本アプリを用いて第三者の車両データに不正アクセスすること
- 本アプリを商業目的で再配布・販売すること
- 許可されていない方法で本アプリを改変すること
第5条（免責事項）
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。走行記録の完全性・正確性について保証しません。Tesla Fleet APIの仕様変更・Tesla車両の通信環境によっては、記録が取得できない場合があります。本アプリの使用により生じた損害について、開発者は責任を負いません。
第6条（サービスの変更・終了）
開発者は、事前通知なしに本アプリの機能変更・サービス終了を行う場合があります。
第7条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠し、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。プライバシーポリシー

収集する情報
- 位置情報：走行ルートの記録・通過地点の取得のため（常時許可が必要）
- モーションデータ：自動車モード検知のため（CoreMotion）
- Tesla車両データ：お客様自身のTeslaアカウントのOAuth認証を通じて取得。シフト状態・バッテリー残量・オドメーター・GPS位置・温度・タイヤ空気圧が含まれます
- 写真：写真自動レコメンド機能使用時のみ（お客様が選択した写真のみ記録に添付）
- 天気情報：走行地点の位置情報をOpen-Meteo APIに送信して取得（個人特定情報は含まれません）
情報の保存場所
- デバイス内（SwiftData）：全走行データの一次保存
- iCloud（CloudKit）：お客様個人のiCloudアカウントへのバックアップ・デバイス間同期。開発者はiCloud上のデータにアクセスできません
- 開発者サーバー：お客様がWeb公開機能を明示的に使用した場合のみ、当該ドライブの公開情報をCloud Storageに保存します

送信しない情報
- お客様の氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報を開発者サーバーに保存しません
- 走行データを第三者に販売しません
- 広告ターゲティング目的でお客様の走行データを使用しません
- お客様の許可なくSNSに投稿しません
プライバシー設定（Web公開時）
Web公開機能を使用する場合、出発地は常に非公開です。到着地は施設（道の駅・SA等）と判定された場合のみ公開をデフォルトとし、お客様が変更できます。走行ルートの始点・終点は自動的にカットされ、自宅等が特定されないよう設計しています。
データの削除
- 各走行セッションはProプランでいつでも削除できます（誤記録は無料プランでも削除可能）
- アプリを削除した場合、デバイス内のデータは消去されます。iCloud内のデータはお客様のiCloud設定に従います
- Tesla連携の解除は設定画面からログアウトすることで行えます

What is TSLogger?
TSLogger is a drive journal app designed for Tesla owners. It automatically records your Tesla drives and preserves them as memories, along with waypoints, photos, and notes. Rather than battery analytics or efficiency tracking, TSLogger focuses on recording where you went, when you went, and what you passed through — a personal logbook of your drives.

Automatic Drive Recording
- Uses Tesla Fleet API to verify shift state (D/R/P) for precise drive start/stop detection
- Combines CoreMotion, GPS speed triggers, and Significant Location Change to eliminate false positives from trains or buses
- Continues recording in the background automatically

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of TSLogger (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
2. Tesla API Usage
TSLogger uses Tesla Fleet API, an official API provided by Tesla, Inc., to retrieve driving data from your Tesla vehicle. This access is granted through OAuth authentication using your own Tesla account credentials. TSLogger is not an official Tesla product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Tesla, Inc. Changes to the Tesla Fleet API may affect the availability of certain App features without notice.
3. Subscriptions
Pro plan purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s Terms and Conditions.
- Both monthly and annual subscription plans are available. Pricing is shown on the App Store and may vary by region
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings
4. Prohibited Activities
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
- Using the App to access vehicle data belonging to a third party without authorization
- Redistributing or reselling the App for commercial purposes
- Modifying the App in any manner not permitted by the developer
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The developer does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of drive records. Recording may fail due to Tesla Fleet API changes or vehicle connectivity conditions. The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
6. Service Changes and Termination
The developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes arising out of these Terms.Privacy Policy

Information We Collect
- Location data: Required to record your drive route and waypoints (Always On permission required)
- Motion data: Used to detect automotive movement via CoreMotion
- Tesla vehicle data: Retrieved via Tesla Fleet API through OAuth authentication with your own Tesla account. Includes shift state, battery level, odometer, GPS location, temperature, and tire pressure
- Photos: Only when you use the photo recommendation feature; only photos you select are attached to records
- Weather data: Your drive location is sent to Open-Meteo API to retrieve weather conditions (no personally identifiable information is included)
Where Your Data Is Stored
- On-device (SwiftData): Primary storage for all drive data
- iCloud (CloudKit): Backup and sync across your personal iCloud account. The developer has no access to your iCloud data
- Developer server: Only when you explicitly use the Web Publish feature, the published drive information is stored in Cloud Storage

What We Do Not Share
- Your personal information (name, email, etc.) is not stored on the developer’s servers
- Your drive data is not sold to third parties
- Your drive data is not used for ad targeting purposes
- Nothing is posted to social media without your explicit action
Privacy Settings for Web Publishing
When using the Web Publish feature, your origin (departure point) is always hidden. Your destination is visible by default only if it is identified as a public facility (e.g., roadside station, service area). The first and last portions of your route are automatically trimmed so your home address cannot be identified. These settings can be customized before publishing.
Data Deletion
- Individual drive sessions can be deleted at any time (Pro plan; accidental recordings can be deleted on the Free plan as well)
- Uninstalling the App will erase on-device data. iCloud data follows your iCloud account settings
- Tesla account authorization can be revoked by logging out from the App settings
